{"id":10233,"date":"2021-10-27T19:24:04","date_gmt":"2021-10-27T17:24:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.defencetech.it\/?p=10233"},"modified":"2025-03-27T13:20:50","modified_gmt":"2025-03-27T12:20:50","slug":"defence-tech-admitted-to-trading-on-euronext-growth-milan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/t-defence.it\/en\/defence-tech-admitted-to-trading-on-euronext-growth-milan\/","title":{"rendered":"DEFENCE TECH ADMITTED TO TRADING ON EURONEXT GROWTH MILAN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INSTITUTIONAL PLACEMENT SUCCESSFULLY CONCLUDED WITH 5 TIMES MORE DEMAND THAN SUPPLY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>OFFER PRICE OF EUR 3.50 PER SHARE AND CAPITALISATION OF EUR 89 MILLION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>TRADING SCHEDULED TO START ON 29 OCTOBER 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Milan 27 October 2021 - Defence Tech Holding S.p.A., parent company of one of the leading&nbsp;<em>leader&nbsp;<\/em>in the field of&nbsp;<em>cyber security<\/em>, of the&nbsp;<em>big data<\/em>, of the<em>intelligence<\/em>, space and national defence, announces that today Borsa Italiana S.p.A. has ordered the admission to listing of the ordinary shares of Defence Tech Holding on&nbsp;<em>Euronext Growth Milan&nbsp;<\/em>(formerly AIM Italia) market organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. after the successful closing of the reserved placement exclusively addressed to Italian and foreign qualified and institutional investors with a demand that exceeded five times the total number of shares offered received from approximately 80 institutional investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The start date of trading is set for 29 October 2021. In consideration of the requests received in the reserved placement, a total of 7,142,857 newly issued ordinary shares (ISIN IT0005461329) were allocated from the capital increase to service the placement, for a total countervalue of Euro 25 million. The shareholders Comunimpresa S.r.l., Starlife S.r.l. and Ge.Da. Europe- S.r.l. did not exercise their right to increase through the offer for sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the project for admission to trading on Euronext Growth Milan, Defence Tech Holding is assisted by Equita, as&nbsp;<em>Euronext Growth Advisor&nbsp;<\/em>(Nomad) and&nbsp;<em>Global Coordinator<\/em>by Pirola Corporate Finance as&nbsp;<em>advisor&nbsp;<\/em>and by Studio Pirola Pennuto Zei e Associati as legal advisor to the Issuer, by ADVANT Nctm as legal advisor to the&nbsp;<em>Euronext Growth Advisor&nbsp;<\/em>and&nbsp;<em>Global Coordinator<\/em>by Foglia &amp; Partners as tax consultant and PWC as auditing company.
